Each house includes two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms, a separate office space, and two common areas, each with a full-size sofa-bed. At the heart of each house lies an airy, fully equipped kitchen with a wood burning stove, a flat-screen TV, and a farmhouse table that invites lingering before and after the meals of the day.
The expansive views from the two balconies include the village, the orchards, and the cove of Kardamyla while the west-facing verandas have imposing views of Gria’s Castle. The two houses share an east-facing backyard patio, perfect for watching the moon rise over Marmaro on a warm summer evening.
Ostria
The original Captain’s house is an imposing corner structure with plenty of openings to the South that bring in the breeze and offer idyllic views to the village. Ostria can accommodate up to six adults and is ideal for bigger families. It features a comfortable kitchen, a cave-like bathroom and a side door that offers easy, separate access to the ground level bedroom.

Levante
With its windows facing East, Levante welcomes the eastern wind and all that it brings: friends, aromas, the sun and the moon… Its preserved entrance, exposed walls and stone details give it a castle-like aura, while a slightly smaller layout makes for a cozy, welcoming retreat perfect for one to two couples, or a family. It can accommodate up to six people.
